An innovative new website dedicated to selling homes not caught up in a property chain, has been launched by Spicerhaart to help people buy and sell realistically priced homes more quickly and efficiently.
Chainfree.com features thousands of sensibly-priced properties from major lenders, developers and housing associations who are not caught up in a property chain with a portfolio of chain-free properties that need to be sold without delay.
All properties featured on the site have been practically valued by two independent valuers to ensure they are being sold at a competitive price and as the properties are chain free, purchases are likely to complete quickly without any undue delays.
More than 5500 properties from across the country ranging in price from just £10,000 to in excess of £500,000 are currently featured and over 850 individual branches have loaded properties onto the site including Spicerhaart brands haart, Spicer McColl, Darlows in Wales, Haybrook in South Yorkshire and Felicity J Lord in London.
