The HBF has compiled the results of over 16,000 questionnaires from people who moved into a new home between October 2008 and September 2009. Over 3,600 new Taylor Wimpey homeowners responded to the survey, including movers from across the East Midlands region.

The annual HBF survey was developed in response to a Government report on housing supply which urged Britain’s major housebuilders to consistently measure levels of customer satisfaction.
