The Route 85 purchasing plan is open to first-time buyers, and enables them to own their home outright. The scheme allows purchasers to own 100 per cent of their new home and get 15 per cent free for ten years. The 15 per cent share is funded by Explore Living on an interest-free basis to the buyer. All new home buyers need is a minimum deposit of five per cent of the property’s value that they are interested in and an additional £1000 to reserve their home, however some terms and conditions do apply and Route 85 is subject to availability.
