The survey showed that over 90 per cent of buyers gave Galliford Try Homes a top score, confirming they were either very or fairly satisfied with the overall quality of their new home, which is a testament to the company’s commitment to deliver the highest quality product and service that today’s demanding home buyers now expect.
However, more recent independent industry research showed that in January this year 100 per cent of its customers would recommend buying a Galliford Try Home to friends.
And closer to home, that score is 98 per cent for Stamford Homes for a 12 month period, which has many developments locally.
The survey carried out by the National House Building Council (NHBC) on behalf of the HBF seeks the views of customers of the 15 largest housebuilders in the country building more than 500 homes a year and was carried out over the 12 month period ending September 2009.
Brendan Blythe, Stamford Homes managing director said: “We are delighted to be part of the Galliford Try Homes group and share in its award of five stars for the quality of our new homes which is especially important at a time when home buyers are not only looking for good value, but also excellent quality. In spite of the recession we have not only been able to maintain high quality standards but also improve on these as is reflected in this industry survey.”
