The results are from year-to-date Customer Satisfaction surveys across 14 sites in the region, which are independently carried out by the National House Building Council (NHBC), whose primary purpose is to raise standards and quality levels in the new house-building industry.
Indeed, seven of the Taylor Wimpey West Midlands developments all scored 100% in no less than five different categories – ‘recommend the company to family and friends’; ‘quality of home’; ‘finish of home’, ‘service before moving in’, and ‘home handed over exactly as expected’.
