Mark takes up the role for Sequence Land following many years of experience working for both developers and other national land operators. For the last seven years, Mark has worked in the development field, most recently for Essex-based developer Moody Homes, where he spent four successful years. This role followed over eight years with another land operator in the Essex region. Mark plans to capitalise on his long and varied experience in the Essex land and development market in his new role to benefit Sequence’s existing and new clients, and ensure his name and credentials are synonymous with the Essex land market.
“I am very excited about joining Sequence’s land team which has seen exponential growth over the last couple of years,” says Mark. “There is an opportunity to grow our business in and around Essex going forward, and I intend to use all of my experience to develop Sequence’s name in the region, as well as finding and delivering more sites to developers for new homes.”
Over the last year, Sequence has announced a number of new appointments to its land team including Bryan O’Mahoney, Alan Swain, Jonathan Morris and Rob Westhead. It also appointed Sara Allen to the specialist role of Manager for Affordable Housing and Diocese Estates, adding yet another string to the team’s bow.
Graham Freeman, Divisional Managing Director, Sequence Land says: “I am delighted with Mark’s decision to join Sequence’s land operation, his experience and local knowledge of the areas he is covering will be invaluable to the team. We have made some significant steps forward over the last twelve months, characterised by some fantastic appointments and increasing our market share. 2011 is set to be an exciting year for Sequence Land; we are now geared up and can respond to much anticipated improvements in the market.”
