New head for Connells Mortgage Services

Two new land managers at Connells
Both Andrew and Tom bring a significant amount of experience to their new roles and Connells’ already extensive team of land and new homes experts. Prior to joining Connells, Andrew was the appointed consultant for Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment for Solihull Council. He has also worked as a Senior Land Manager for developer Chase Homes.
Tom joins Connells from Banner Homes so has in-depth knowledge on what developers are looking for in the current climate. He also has extensive experience on the agency side, having worked for two large land agents within the Solihull area previously.
