By providing a more user-friendly registration page for tenants and allowing prospective tenants and landlords to send a tailored email to each local agent, the new look site will also improve the quality and number of leads.
Additional updates include a new "feature property" marketing tool, enabling agents to display their properties more prominently at the head of a search results webpage, for a small additional cost, and a fresher, clearer design for all web pages, making them easier to use and navigate.
A free Property Index Report showing average rental prices by type of property in the agents’ local areas is also available, to help inform them on the performance of their regional lettings markets.
