The concept was initially available on a selection of two-bedroom courtyard homes when the development launched last year.
However, Linden Homes is now planning to launch a selection of its three-bedroom detached villas under the same scheme.
The homes allow an extension into the roof space, enabling buyers to move into a three-bedroom home, at a price they can afford now, while offering the option to extend to create a fourth bedroom at a later date.
Roseanne Bullen, Sales and Marketing Manager, Linden Homes Eastern, said: "Buyers increasingly want a home that offers flexible living space and that can adapt and expand to meet their changing needs. By leaving the roof space vacant in a number of our two and now three bedroom homes, buyers have the option of extending their home and adding value at a later date, without incurring the cost of an additional bedroom upfront."
