UK property prices fall in Q1 2011 – DCLG

The fall would have been much more pronounced but for a rally during March which saw prices rise 1.2% that month alone.

London is the UK’s top performing area for property prices – recording an increase of 5.6% in the past year.

Northern Ireland, meanwhile, has seen values plunge nearly 14% in that time.
