The winner of the well-appointed Andalucian property – based in Lauro Golf, Alhaurin de la Torre, Malaga – will have no mortgage and nothing else to pay, the owners said. All legal fees and taxes will be taken care of as part of the prize. Two return UK air fares are also included so the winner can collect the keys.
The owners said that the property was ideal as a family holiday home or for permanent relocation – which was particularly easy for EU nationals.
For those with rental income generation in mind, plenty of visiting golfers and holiday makers are attracted to the area every year.
The winner could even sell the house themselves and take the sale cash.
The spacious home backs on to a beautiful golf course, has mountain views, countryside walks and is just a short drive from shops and beaches. On site, there are two restaurants, two bars, tennis, bowling, two pools, petanque, a nearby equestrian centre – plus driving range and 27 holes of golf.
The couple said that if tickets sales did not reach the target, a cash prize would be awarded. This will be the entry funds collected less the cost of marketing, administration and legal fees.
