The judges’ decision was unanimous. They praised the website’s presentation as "excellent", going on to say that the site “gives a great impression and is easy to use. It is very well ordered and the hierarchy of information is well thought out”.
Of the marketing campaign, the judges said: “This agent is very creative. The brochures are outstanding. The photographs are excellent and the content beautifully written, informative and full of interesting information.”
Blenkin & Co’s award-winning website was designed by fellow York company and estate agency website designers, Dot Com Imaging. Director David Kirkham said: “It’s great to hear some good news in the property industry, and to see a forward-thinking firm looking beyond the short term and investing in marketing to ensure the business is fit for the future. It’s even better to see their success rewarded.
